Alpharetta, GA (RestaurantNews.com) For National EMS Week (May 17–23), an Atlanta restaurateur is turning gratitude into action by giving back to the heroes who helped save her life.
TBB 122, located in Alpharetta, is offering 15% off all meals for medical personnel and first responders the week of May 17. The gesture comes from owner Michele Sedgwick, who credits an incredible team of doctors, nurses, and first responders at Wellstar North Fulton for helping her survive a brain aneurysm in 2025 and her recovery in the Neuro ICU.
“This community held me up when I needed it most,” says Sedgwick. “I want to make sure those who care for us every day know how appreciated they are.”
The restaurant’s weeklong tribute is one small way to recognize those whose lifesaving work often goes unseen, from EMTs and firefighters to ICU nurses and hospital staff.
