Located at 6480 Ronald Reagan Drive and next to Dierberg’s Plaza, the 1,600-square-foot coffeehouse marks the first PJ’s Coffee in the city and is projected to open in early May.

“We’re thrilled to bring a distinctive taste of New Orleans to deliver a unique experience to the people of Lake St. Louis,” said franchisee and resident Jamie Seeburger. “I’m proud to start this journey with a brand as iconic as PJ’s as we create meaningful experiences with every guest starting next month.”

With indoor and patio seating, as well as a drive-thru and five-minute pick-up parking, Lake St. Louis residents will soon be able to enjoy specialty coffee and pure Southern hospitality for any occasion.

The new, locally owned PJ’s Coffee is expected to bring up to 15 jobs to the area and will be the brand’s third location in Missouri. The famous coffeehouse is Seeburger’s first franchise location, with plans to open more.
