Deliveroo has ended its operations in Australia with 120 staff, 15,000 drivers, and 12,000 restaurants affected by the collapse. 

James Valentine speaks to Joel Katz, co-owner of The Salmon and Bear in Crows Nest about the impact food delivery services like Deliveroo have had on the restaurant industry. 

Katz says that, in his experience, restaurateurs find it difficult to achieve a profit when delivery services can charge a commission as high as 35 per cent.
