Just a quick update, for those who are trying to get hold of us, we are currently in Phuket, Thailand but we are safe and not affected by the red shirt protest in Bangkok. The internet is scarce and also trying to limit myself with as less internet access as possible while on vacation to maximise relaxation. I definitely feel recharged and rejuvenated if not a few pounds heavier in the mean time.
