@Helen (GrabYourFork): hahaha, next time when you are in my car, you just have to use your imagination the deckboard is a food tray. :) @Simon: Hmmm not that I noticed. In chicken tandoori flavour weird enough? @Mike Hodgson: Nah they still around, my friend just went there early this year. It is still standing tall in Cowan. @Howard: I am still yet to try Bourke St Bakery, it just always so damn crowded everytime i was there. @Belle@OohLook: LOL it does feel a bit like school excursion eating pies in the car.... *blush* @Trisha: I have my own favorite pie shop in Sydney. In Central Coast, this is the best pies I've tasted so far. @Yas: Go to Harry's you must and order a Tiger! @jenny: hehehe... @FFichiban: I have to go to Cowan one day and try their pies for comparison.

Piiieeeeeee! I don’t think I have tried or even seen Chicken Mornay at the Cowan one :S but the lambs ones are my fav! Haha chunky beef pie is a real man’s pie reminds me of that ad “balls of meat!”

Oh the search for the best pies in town continues! I’m a bit dubious when I see shops with “best _ in the town/city/universe” but based on your review, I trust that this really is one of THE best pies in town!

I think from memory the Pie in the Sky at Cowan burnt down about a year ago. Or perhaps that was the road warrior cafe on the highway at Mount White. Hmmm…I get so confused these days – must be early onset Alzheimers…
