		<description>OOoh... love those peanut cookies!! Usually had to buy them
from stores and they are very costly. I came frm a working family,
so my mum never do any bakings.. so, the only way is to learn to
DIY myself :D My 1st CNY spent without my family n with my hubby n
in laws, n of course my new home. So, gonna DIY some cookies for
myself tis year. Thks sooooooooooo much for the recipe.. didnt knw
its soooo easy!! Thks so much!! Will wait for the delivery of my
blender then i will start :D Gonna go buy ingredients now

		<description>In my house, the peanuts used are very very small, not quite sure which type it is but we roast a lot of them and grind accordingly. We decorate the top of each cookies with a peanut halves, like flattened a little into the cookies. I think you can do that with your quarter peanut too, placed flatten rather than pointing out. Perhaps that would ease your storing problem?
