Get your jelly on #20 – TRON

Day 20.
On the home stretch now. 20 down, 10 more to go.
This Royal Selangor 30-day ‘Get your jelly on’ Challenge has push me to blog like never before. I write at home, in hotel and even on a train! I got a feeling that I will miss all the fun making the jellies jiggle when this campaign is over. I better make the most of the last 10 jellies. Another crazy idea while making the jellies, I was wondering how can I make a jelly that glows in the dark? Is not impossible, I give you TRON.
But first, have you done anything this October month to raise awareness for breast cancer? Make the most of it this last 10 days, donate, buy a pink ribbon, ask a friend for scanning, or go scanning yourself!
For this jelly, I want it to glow but of course still edible. And for some reason, I also seem to attract a boozy bunch of readers to this jellies bonanza and got quite a few request to make more alcohol jellies. One thing led to another, I finally created this turquoise blue jelly by using Blue Heaven flavour (whatever flavour that is) aeroplane jelly mixed with Bombay Sapphire that gives the glow when light shone through it.
Needless to say, I think we have a party in the house! Let’s jiggle!
And make sure you come back each day for a new tit-illating video! Seriously, there are some really good ones that you simply can’t take your eyes off!
TRON 3 tbsp aeroplane Blue Heaven jelly powder 200ml hot water 50ml Bombay Sapphire gin Method 1. Add hot water to jelly powder, stir to dissolved. 2. Add Bombay Sapphire into the mix. Pour the mix into the jelly mould, transfer to fridge and let it set.

Dear Billy
Bombay Sapphire gin and jelly – who would have thought? Thanks so much for sharing this – I’m going to make jellies (cone shaped if I win the pretty pretty jelly mould!) with my favourite booze from now on! :p
