Only one more day to go, I will be taking part in a ‘jellyrific’ (or should I say horrific?) challenge that will turn my stomach upside down and my feet wobble. For the whole October month, I will be one of the bloggers from around the world who are brave (or crazy) enough to take on the Royal Selangor 30-day ‘Get Your Jelly On’ challenge in aid of breast cancer awareness! Royal Selangor ‘Get your jelly on’ 30-day challenge
October is the National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and I will be playing my part to support and raise awaress of this horrible disease. Each day for 30 days, I will showcase an exciting new way to use the Royal Selangor pewter jelly mould designed by Nick Munro. On the mould design, you will find many international chefs including Paul Rankin, Anthony Warrall Thompson, Yvan Cadiou, Jean Pierre Wybauw and Chris Bauer that support this great cause as all proceeds from the sale of the mould, will go to the Breast Cancer Welfare Association. If you dare, you can purchase the jelly mould and join in the fun!
It is a tough challenge and can see myself soon living in a jelly castle by the end of October! I have also decided to give away the jelly mould that I used to make these jellies to one of my lucky readers!
